- Attending to customers, informing them of works due to be carried out and answering any concerns
- Inspect drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks, or damage that could hinder water flow.
- reporting all findings / data to the appropriate teams
- assisting with all aspects of high pressure water jetting
- Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages in drains, sewers, pipes, and other wastewater systems.
- Adjust pressure levels based on the condition of the system and the nature of the blockage (e.g., grease, debris, or tree roots).
- Use the equipment to remove waste materials and prevent build-up in drains and sewer lines.
- Competent in using an electronic device - laptop / tablet for data entry purposes
- Ensuring safety issues are reported in line with company procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of high-pressure water jetting equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.
- Assist with CCTV inspections where required to assess the condition of underground pipes and sewers.
Experience and Qualifications: (Desirable but not essential unless stated as required) - Full UK driving license (Required)
- Water Jetting Association Red or blue book
- Banksman
- Manual Handling
- Emergency First Aid
- NRSWA
- EUSR National Water Hygiene
- Medium risk confined space
