Hours: Monday - Friday, 3 weeks days, 1 week nights
Salary: £32,000 per annum (includes night premium, overtime, bonuses)

About the Role:
- Travelling to residential sites in a two man crew, around the West London area, in one of our custom‑equipped fleet of high tech vans.
- Survey the network of drainage systems.
- Assess pipe conditions to produce high quality reports with the help of state of the art drain surveying equipment.
- Ensuring jobs attended are completed.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise on the job.
- Liaise with the team of Technical Specialists in regards to access and equipment issues.
- Ensuring safe site set up.
- Updating the job notes on VISTEC.
- Ensure photos are being taken of the setup, inspection chamber and whole site.
- Delivering good customer service.
- Maintaining good H&S practise while carrying out works.
- Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them.
- Any reasonable ad‑hoc tasks, projects or duties as requested by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- The ideal candidate will be hard working and respectful and comply with health and safety standards.
- Experience in the use of High Pressure Jetting equipment is useful but not essential.
- Other drainage qualifications (e.g. NRSWA and Confined Spaces) are an advantage.
