Lanes Group Plc, via Sapphire Utility Solutions, seeks a Customer Support Technician to join the Liverpool WWTW team alongside a United Utilities CST. The role covers a Bucket 1 reactive contract with shifts from 8am–6pm (front) and 12pm–10pm (back), including weekends and bank holidays.
You will inspect drains, perform jetting and CCTV inspections, support customers, and help maintain equipment while upholding safety and data entry duties in a field-team setting.
