Lanes Group Plc is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the end-to-end QS process across allocated workstreams on the United Utilities contract. You will manage valuation, Applications for Payment, WIP and final accounts, ensuring commercial control and robust evidence.
This role requires strong Excel/reporting skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with Operations, Planning, Finance and client representatives to protect the commercial position.
