About the Role: Due to company growth, we are looking to appoint a Drainage Assistant to join our dynamic Depot teams. Working as part of a two-person team, you will be responsible for attending to drainage-related issues such as blockages, pipe clearing, cleansing, and reactive call outs.
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
About you: Applicants should ideally have experience in the above, ideally from a utility or similar background. Lanes Group will provide all training required for the role such as high-pressure water jetting, confined space, spill response, etc. You can become a successful Utilities Waste-Water Technician if you have problem-solving, listening, critical thinking, teamwork abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Also, as you need to operate machinery, excellent hand-eye coordination and concentration are essential skills.
