Overview
Due to company growth, we are looking to appoint a Drainage Assistant to join our Manchester Depot. Working as part of a two-person team, you will be responsible for attending drainage-related issues such as blockages, pipe clearing, cleansing and reactive call outs.
Location: Eccles, Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Attend drainage-related issues including blockages, pipe clearing and cleansing. Respond to reactive call-outs as part of a two-person team.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience in drainage, utilities or similar background preferred.
- Problem-solving, listening, critical thinking, teamwork and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to operate machinery with good hand-eye coordination and concentration.
Training
Lanes Group will provide training for the role, including high-pressure water jetting, confined space, spill response, etc.
