We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager in Patching & Lining to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions. The Project Manager - Patching and Lining is responsible for leading operational teams within a defined region (catchment), ensuring seamless end-to-end management of all works while delivering an exceptional customer journey. This role plays a key part in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and performance against SLAs, while maintaining strong collaboration with planning, scheduling, and customer engagement teams.
Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for all works within the catchment, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and cost targets.
- Lead and support frontline operational teams, including supervisors, operatives, and subcontract teams, to drive high performance and service levels.
- Work closely with planning and scheduling teams to ensure effective resource allocation, job prioritisation, and workforce coordination.
- Continuously monitor operational performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Lanes Group and its customers.
Qualifications
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a performance management or operational context.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction.
- Proficient in office software and IT systems relevant to performance analysis.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving targets.
