About the role
The Lanes Group needs an experienced Industrial Vacuum Tanker Operator to join the Industrial Services team in Chester. You’ll operate high‑vacuum DISAB equipment to remove silt, sludge, and debris from drains, tanks, and industrial sites.
Location: Chester
Hours: Monday to Friday 47.5 hours per week
Salary: up to £16.50 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Operating DISAB vacuum tankers safely on planned and reactive works
- Remove wet/dry waste from drainage systems and industrial environments
- Complete vehicle checks and basic maintenance
- Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures
Experience and Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence (Required) with no more than 6 points
- HGV Class 2 (Class 1 an advantage) (Required)
- Experience with DISAB (Air Mover) equipment (Required)
- CSCS and Confined Space certs (Required)
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
