We are looking for a Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of the venues bars holding full accountability when it comes to stock, compliance, standards, guest service and menu execution, as well as supporting the wider management team in boosting our F&B spend. Managing team efficiencies whilst maintaining high standards across the board. Most importantly keep the key fundament of Hospitality at heart and have fun with your team!
The Role
We are looking for a leader of the bar, you will own the space, drive performance and take accountability and ownership for its success. You will work side by side with your teams at peak shifts, leading from the front, this is no admin role, this is hands on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock & Ordering: Your stock holding will be super important in this role, you need to be in the detail and really know your number here. Par levels will be key when placing orders, managing waste and conducting your weekly/monthly MOS. The leaner the stock holding, the slicker the result!
- Team Management: Recruit, train & motivate the best-in-class bar team.
