The Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll have to support with the responsibility for the performance, culture, and success of the site. You'll lead from the front, setting standards, building a strong leadership team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
  • Respond to complaints within the given parameters or escalate to the Deputy / General Manager.
