Lane7 is the UK's fastest growing and biggest independent boutique bowling destination. We have multiple venues across our Lane7, Level X, Gutterball and ML7 brands. Could you be what we’re looking for? We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to get stuck in, take ownership, and grow fast. This isn’t a sit-back-and-observe role. You’ll be right in the mix, supporting campaigns, keeping projects moving, and helping bring the Lane7, Gutterball and Level X brands to life across digital, venues, and everything in between.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead, Head of Digital, and Marketing Director, getting exposure to all areas of marketing while building real, hands‑on experience from day one. But this role officially reports into the Marketing Lead.
- Campaign & Project Support
- Help coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and projects
- Brief designers and work with creative teams to bring ideas to life
- Keep timelines tight and projects on track
- Digital & Content
- Manage and update website content via CMS
- Schedule and manage digital content and activations
- Support planning and content for our Digi Van and Ice Cream Van
- Marketing Ops
- Support affiliate activity (including reporting and reconciliation)
- Keep venue opening times accurate across platforms
- Manage marketing assets (Frontify → SharePoint migration)
- Support reporting, tracking, and campaign performance
