Could you be what we’re looking for?
Reporting directly into the Creative Lead and working closely with the Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand creative assets across multiple channels.
The Role
From campaign concepts and social media content to venue collateral and promotional materials, you'll help bring our brand to life and support key business objectives.
This is a hands‑on role requiring a designer who can work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
- Design and produce creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for paid advertising, email marketing, website use and social media (when the social media content creators are unavailable).
- Design venue collateral including posters, flyers, menus, signage, point‑of‑sale materials and promotional graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and across all 3 brands; Lane7, Gutterball and Level X
- Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple channels and formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign executions.
- Support the creation of video content, animated assets and motion graphics where required.
- Manage projects efficiently and deliver work to the expected standard and within agreed timelines.
- Stay up to date with design trends, technology and best practice.
To be a success with Lane7, you’ll
- Have a minimum of 3 years' professional graphic design experience in an agency, in‑house or freelance environment.
- Strong 2D graphic design skills across both digital and print media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual communication.
- Experience producing assets for a variety of marketing channels.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality commercial design work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in
- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adode After Effects
Desirable Skills
- Motion graphics and animation skills (Adobe After Effects preferred).
- Experience creating animated social content, digital advertisements and promotional video content.
