Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains effective partnerships with area HR business partners and hiring managers.
- Confers with management to understand their business and recruiting needs and establishes recruiting strategies to drive operational success.
- Ensures positions are quickly filled with quality talent in a cost-effective manner.
- Prepares and posts internal/external advertisements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Reviews resumes and applications recommending those with the highest potential to be a fit for the position to the hiring manager.
- Schedules and conducts phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Tracks and analyzes recruiting progress throughout the entire life-cycle.
- Maintains and applies knowledge of current human resources trends, state and federal regulations, and company policies.
- Maintains excellent relationships with candidates, vendors, and the community.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
