Overview
We issue a graduate programme where you'll dive into the world of LCP, balancing technical actuarial work with consulting. You will use data and complex models to explore financial landscapes, advising industry giants and making a tangible difference to the lives of millions of pension scheme members.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and perform calculations at individual and scheme level, including triennial actuarial valuations.
- Use LCP in-house software to model pension scheme cash flows and produce analysis for client reports.
- Draft advice, letters and reports for clients.
- Attend internal and client meetings.
- Help clients ensure good pension scheme governance and risk management.
- Communicate with clients and their other advisors on wide-ranging projects.
- Work on pension risk transfer and postâtransaction projects.
- Prepare figures and analyze the impact of pension schemes on balance sheets of UK and international companies.

Qualifications
- A Level Mathematics Aâgrade.
