What will you be doing?
- Preparing scheme data for buy-in/buy-out transactions
- Assisting with GMP reconciliation/rectification and equalisation exercises
- Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
- Helping with benefit audits and data cleansing activities
- Contributing to new business transitions and onboarding processes
- Collaborating with internal administration teams and external clients to ensure data accuracy and completeness
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- An understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes
- Experience in pensions administration and data handling (or a keen interest in developing these skills)
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with support from more experienced team members
- Interest in learning
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work within agreed budgets and scopes, subject to suitable support from more experienced members of the team
