Product Designer - B2B SaaS Fintech

Team & Role

Our Product Design Team is a dynamic group of creative professionals dedicated to crafting exceptional user experiences and innovative solutions. With a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie, our Team thrives on tackling challenges heads-on, and turning ideas into reality. This role will sit within our Product Data Team and work closely with Product Managers and Developers.

What We Are Looking For

• You will be collaborating on product development from concept to launch, transforming broad ideas into valuable client solutions.
• You will be crafting end-to-end user experiences for our platform, adhering to design systems and standards.
• You will be gathering feedback from various stakeholders and iterating on designs.
• You will be creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• You will be assisting in use case development based on business requirements.
• You will be facilitating the design process, presenting ideas, and refining designs.
• You will be conducting failure analysis and solution validation.

Your Skills & Expertise

• You have 6+ years of Product Design experience preferably coming from B2B data analytics products.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• You have a deep understanding of common user research methods, UX and UI patterns of design systems for various platforms and devices.
• You have solid experience in interaction design, user research, information architecture, prototyping, and user testing.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of the mobile and web application design process.
• You are familiar with HTML, CSS, JS, and REACT component libraries.
• You are proficient in leading design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Design Suite, Sketch, InVision.
• You have a strong sense of typography, font pairings, visual hierarchy, and design aesthetics.
• You have a basic understanding of financial markets and financial terminology.
• You have worked with complex data applications and structures.
• You have built self-service enterprise tools where users can load their data.
