The predicted salary is between 26250 - 29500 Β£ per year.

The successful candidate will possess strong experience in a customer-focused role combining technical proficiency with strong soft skills. You will be an effective communicator and able to work calmly in all situations, sometimes unassisted, whilst prioritising tasks based upon urgency and impact.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships with colleagues and project partners
  • Efficient resolution of problems
  • Good technical skills covering:
  • Windows 11
  • Good working knowledge of hardware and software applications – Microsoft, Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk and GIS applications would be advantageous
  • Microsoft Cloud Services, including Microsoft365, Azure Microsoft365 Copilot, Teams and SharePoint
