Duties:
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager's attention.
- Inbox management/filing and collating responses where possible.
- Diary management – scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Taking meeting notes as and when required.
- Arranging site visits and access where required.
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Collating and submitting expenses claims.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Communication with clients and tenants in a professional and effective manner.
- Document preparation.
- Assisting in sending out tenant mailshots.
- Assisting in collating monthly client reports.
- Assisting in ad hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in a similar secretarial role essential.
- Experience in property desirable.
- IT Skills – Word (Advanced), Mail Merge proficient, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Excellent spoken and written English and takes pride in presentation of work.
- Flexible, adaptable, and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Well presented with a clear speaking voice.
