We are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaping Operative to join our growing team working on commercial landscaping and large-scale landscaping projects across the Northwest. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to be part of a team delivering high-quality soft landscaping including turfing, planting, and site finishing.
Landscaping Operative Responsibilities
- Carry out hands-on landscaping duties including turfing, planting, pruning, hedge cutting, mulching, and final site finishing to a high standard.
- Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working and supporting productivity on site.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, including ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
Landscaping Team Leader Requirements
- Essential: Experience in landscaping or soft landscaping, CSCS Card (required)
- Desirable: Full UK Driving Licence
