We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic and committed soft landscaping Team Leader to join our team of landscape professionals.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a varied range of soft landscaping duties in and around the Northwest, delivering to the highest standard on commercial projects.
Previous experience along with the highest standards of workmanship, and a keen eye for detail are very important to this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day to day operations and progress of work through use of AI Big Change CRM Software
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure best performance and quality and rate of work
- Organise and plan order of work and allocate tasks per job
- Ensure logistics of deliveries and supply chain efficiency
- Organise necessary equipment and materials to carry out projects effectively
- Liaise with site managers and customers as appropriate to deliver quality and achieve timescales
- Keep operations running, monitor quality and efficiency and ensure work meets timescale
- Resolve any operational issues to ensure smooth running of projects
- Carry out all hands-on landscape tasks as required to ensure completion of project
- Continually seek ways to improve operational standards and methods
- Carry out any other duties in line with the role as required in the best interests of the company
- Ensure working practices are in-line with the companies ISO9001 & ISO14001 policies and has appropriate awareness.
