Landstones are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our young and dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing a database of tenants, arranging and attending viewings, negotiating offers and terms as well as providing feedback and assisting with move-ins. Most importantly of all, you must thrive on working with people, under pressure and in a competitive environment.
We have an in-house training academy where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend training courses to help with their career progression, including ARLA qualification and other relevant training.
Hours: 8:30am – 7pm Mon-Fri (Viewings dependant), every other Saturday 9am – 4pm.
Key responsibilities:
- Register enquiries and arranging appointments
- Conducting viewings with applicants
- Qualifying new applicants
- Management of applicants
- Follow up with enquiries
- Negotiating offers
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries from applicants and landlords
- Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
- Helping with tenancy progression
- Offer a first class level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Developing great rapport with applicants, tenants and landlords
- An ability to negotiate offers
- Full UK driving licence
