What You'll Earn Guaranteed Basic Salary £25,776 per annum Sleep-In Payments * £71.28 per sleep-in * Average of 9 sleep-ins per month * Sleep-ins completed across approximately 11 months per year due to annual leave * Additional annual sleep-in earnings of approximately £7,056 Overtime & Bank Holiday Enhancements * Time-and-a-half for all approved overtime worked * Time-and-a-half for Bank Holiday shifts * Enhanced time-and-a-half rate for sleep-ins completed on Bank Holidays Typical Annual Earnings Approximately £32,832 per annum We calculate typical earnings using 11 months of sleep-ins to provide a realistic annual earnings figure that reflects annual leave and achievable earnings.
