Landsec is seeking a Service Charge Manager within the Group Finance function to lead a junior team, govern service charge accounting, and drive efficiency across monthly reporting, budgeting and year-end reconciliations. You’ll collaborate with asset management, operations and customers to deliver value for money and robust reporting.
You will mentor four junior accountants, champion new tools, and build strong internal partnerships to continually improve service charge processes.
