Landsec is seeking a proactive People Co-ordinator to be the first point of contact for employee queries and support all People processes across the lifecycle. Based at our Victoria HQ, the role supports Workday data management, payroll input, and induction delivery for new starters in a hybrid work setting.

You will contribute to policy delivery on flexible working, family leave, and reasonable adjustments, while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Payroll and Benefits teams.
