The role involves creating and delivering a premium workplace experience for our members. You will manage by example and pride yourself in setting the standard for delivering brilliant member experiences by creating productive and enjoyable environments in one of the most prestigious flexible workplaces in Central London. As the “go-to person”, you will be passionate about leading from the front and instilling a sense of pride working closely with our Service Partner Teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking an unwavering approach to delivering the very best customer service possible.
- Setting the tone of the space and taking ownership of creating the culture and member experience.
- Shaping the look and feel of your centre to ensure a consistent customer-focused approach from all of our service partners.
- Strengthening relationships with our existing members by proactively engaging with them and listening to their needs.
- Leading by example in delivering a professional, focused service, resulting in member loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensuring member tickets are triaged and actioned appropriately.
- Creating and leading on a programme of events in line with MYO’s values and brand.
Financial Management includes responsibility for the creation and management of the Opex budget for your site, requesting POs and approving invoices.
Commercial Planning & Energy Management involves ensuring MYO maintains its WELL accreditation, identifying opportunities for innovation, and promoting flexible services & facilities that Landsec can offer members.
Workspace Management requires using your knowledge and experience to generate ideas and innovations that create exceptional workplaces for our members.
Service Partner Management includes managing the day-to-day delivery of all service streams on site and ensuring standards are set and maintained.
