The role
You will play a leading role in creating and delivering a premium workplace experience for our members.
You will manage by example and pride yourself in setting the standard for delivering brilliant member experiences by creating a productive and enjoyable environments in one of the most prestigious flexible workplaces in Central London.
As the “go-to person”, you will be passionate about leading from the front and instilling a sense of pride working closely with our Service Partner Teams and providing them with the direction and motivation to achieve aspirational results. You will regularly research, create and deliver activations and events for our members which enrich their experience with us.
This role goes beyond the physical space and also involves building, promoting and maintaining relationships with our local communities. You will be empowered to interact with the local business\’ and communities bringing our members along on the journey. As a result, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of our workspace and ESG strategies, regularly exceeding member’s expectations and driving forward new ideas and innovation. You will continually be thinking about creating memorable experiences for our members. This is a varied role where you could go from planning the monthly social to leading on a project on what systems we should use at MYO.
Your responsibilities will also include oversight of our amazing concierge team. In addition, and in line with our strategic objectives, you will look to the future, taking the lead to explore new ways of working, not being afraid to challenge the way things were previously done.
Drawing on your operational experience and knowledge of our members, you will help shape the look and feel of our workplaces in a way that sets us apart from our competition and that champions the very best customer service in the industry.
Principle Accountabilities
- Take an unwavering approach to delivering the very best customer service possible
- Setting the tone of the space, you take ownership of creating the culture and member experience
- Shaping the look and feel of your centre to ensure a consistent customer focused approach from all of our service partner
- Strengthen relationships with our existing members by proactively engaging with them and listening to their needs using this information to improve our product.
- Lead by example in delivering a professional, focused service, resulting in member loyalty and repeat business.
- Position MYO as the partner of choice.
- Ensure member tickets are triaged and actioned appropriately
- Lead on member move ins and move outs and ensure a smooth transition throughout
- Create and lead on a programme of events in line with MYO’s values and brand
- Responsibility for the creation and management of Opex budget for you site.
- Requesting PO’s and approving invoices
- Ensuring MYO maintains its WELL accreditation
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and areas where commercialisation initiatives can be introduced, influencing future growth.
- Understand and promote flexible services & facilities that Landsec can offer members, in order to generate other revenue streams.
- Engage with the technical and energy teams to ensure that each asset is running at optimal efficiency and help identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and improve sustainability performance.
Workspace Management
- Use your knowledge and experience to generate ideas and innovations that create exceptional workplaces for our members, understanding the value and importance of operating a healthy environment which is clean and secure.
- Responsible for ensuring that the spaces we deliver allow our members to be more effective and successful in achieving their own business objectives on a day to day basis.
Service Partner Management
- Responsible for managing the day to day delivery of all service streams on site (e.g. Cleaning, and maintenance ) liaising with the relevant team members to ensure standards are set and maintained.
- Indirect management of the onsite concierge team.
- Proactively ensure all service partners are regularly reviewed and that SLA’s are being appropriately managed and monitored.
This is a 12 month FTC.
