Landsec has recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and OneStream as part of a clearly defined vision for the CFO function and our Transformation strategy. These systems are pivotal in helping us to deliver a number of key objectives; to simplify business and operational processes, financial reporting and planning, increase the ability to analyse our data, improve data integrity and single source of the truth.

The Team:
We are looking for a Finance Systems Admin to join our Finance team. You will be joining the Finance Systems team, working closely with a wide range of business stakeholders to deliver excellence.
The Team:
This role is based in London, Victoria and requires 3 days in the office.
What you will be responsible for:
System Administrator duties:

Be a system administrator for D365 and OneStream; creating financial dimension values, setting up user access, maintaining metadata, hierarchies etc.

Create and maintain D365 workflow process.

Maintain D365 system configuration as needed for changes in business landscape.

Maintain OneStream dashboards and cube view reports, updating for any metadata changes.
-
Responsible for the maintenance of OneStream application architecture, data models, business rules, and security frameworks to ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance requirements.

Monitor both systems performance, use of the system and support any upgrades, resolving problems and issues as or when they arise.

Be able to deputise for the D365 System Administrator and OneStream Systems Specialist, as necessary.
Super User:

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the finance teams on D365 best practices.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the finance teams on OneStream best practices, functionalities, and optimisation strategies.

Stay abreast of OneStream updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the platform\’s capabilities and drive innovation.

Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and documentation to support user adoption, knowledge transfer, and ongoing system support.
Enhancements support:

Support the delivery of our residual OneStream enhancement requirements.

Support the integration of OneStream with existing systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing manual reconciliation efforts.

Help drive continual improvements in the user-experience, including the build of additional dashboards as required to support the business and further integrate the use of OneStream in our planning and reporting processes, including dashboard to support work-flow management.

Experience in creating OneStream dashboards and data cubes.
