Our £10 billion portfolio is built around premium workplaces, the country’s pre-eminent retail platform, and a residential pipeline that will redefine urban life. We’ve honed this ability over 80 years. Spotting the opportunities, building the partnerships, and continually adapting to shape the places that meet the needs of a changing world. Places where life happens. Where businesses grow. And where cities are defined.

Critical analysis of methodologies and all created recharges, ensuring right-first-time delivery of invoices to tenants. Building and maintaining recharge tools where required, to deliver half hourly production data for HVAC consumption.
  • Budget variance analysis to identify causes for significant impacts (budget vs actual cost) in collaboration with Sustainability, Property Finance, and Operations. Provide commentary on forecasted consumption to Operations for inclusion in Service Charge booklets.
  • Delivering excellent customer service through the management of a robust query management system and regular liaisons with customers through customer review meetings and proactive communications on billing issues and delays.
  • Generation of payment and service charge journals utilising invoices validated by a third-party provider where utility costs are passed through to the relevant consumers. Maintenance of payment, service charge financial codes in Optima to minimise journal and payment delays/failures. Issuing of remittances to suppliers and onboarding suppliers onto our in-house systems.
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to support achievement of energy efficiency targets which enable delivery of our Net Zero goals. Providing cost and consumption reports to customers and key stakeholders on request.
