Salary: $22.45 hourly / 40 hours per week

Overtime required (early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, shift)

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Work Setting: Staff accommodation provided, Room and board provided

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Clean changing rooms and showers

Credentials:

  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
