Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Salary: £28,409.07 per annum

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 39 hours per week

Due to the nature of the work being carried out, the successful candidate will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check which will be carried out by the company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing tractor operations and mounted implements to deliver high quality grounds maintenance.
  • Caring for and inspecting machinery to ensure it is safe, compliant and ready for use.
  • Planning and organising materials and resources to support efficient service delivery.
  • Completing required paperwork, checks and site preparations to meet contractual and legislative requirements.
  • Supporting safe working practices by identifying risks and reporting incidents or near misses.
  • Responding to seasonal or weather‑related tasks such as snow clearance when required.
  • Liaising with customers on site to resolve issues and ensure a positive service experience.
  • Using company IT systems to record daily activity and maintain accurate work records.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience operating tractors and tractor‑mounted implements.
  • Strong understanding of machinery maintenance and safe working practices.
  • Ability to use basic IT on a company mobile device to update tasks and records through Joblogic.
  • The ability to plan work, manage time effectively and maintain high standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach.
  • A proactive, reliable and solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence (Category B).
  • PA1A/PA6A qualifications are desirable but not essential.
