This role is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the recruitment partnership. You will safeguard governance and compliance, strengthen stakeholder relationships and drive commercial growth in line with the agreed Business Plan. Your leadership will directly influence service quality, financial performance and long‑term partnership success.
