LASER Energy are looking for solutions‑focused Frameworks Manager to play a key role in managing and developing our supplier frameworks to ensure they deliver clear value, compliance and great outcomes for customers. This role would suit an experienced procurement professional who enjoys working collaboratively, shaping processes and supporting customers through compliant and effective procurement routes.

The Frameworks Manager will play a key role in ensuring LASER frameworks are compliant, accessible and commercially effective, supporting customers to procure confidently and efficiently. This is a role where sound judgement, stakeholder collaboration and attention to detail are essential with responsibility for managing procurement activity, supplier performance and framework documentation throughout the full lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end‑to‑end procurement activity to ensure compliant and auditable processes.
- Supporting further competitions, mini‑tenders, call‑offs and direct awards under established frameworks.
- Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues to develop clear specifications and procurement documentation.
- Maintaining accurate framework records, documentation and system data to support auditability and contract management.
- Monitoring supplier performance through MI, SLA and KPI reporting and supporting improvement actions.
- Planning and facilitating supplier review meetings and recording actions, risks and opportunities.
- Analysing financial data including framework income, procurement fees and supplier rebates.
- Identifying commercial opportunities that support customer needs and framework growth.
- Providing clear procurement advice to customers and colleagues across multiple communication channels.
- Supporting compliant framework promotion and customer engagement activity.

- Proven experience of public‑sector procurement regulations and managing procurement processes.
- Experience of monitoring contracts with multiple suppliers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise guidance.
- Ability to build strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple activities.
- Financial acumen, with experience analysing performance data and identifying anomalies.
- Resilient, commercially astute and able to make well‑judged decisions.
