The Business Intelligence & Revenue Administrator will play a key role in supporting financial accuracy and operational efficiency by helping to ensure processes run smoothly and data remains reliable. This role would suit a detail focused administrator, junior finance or data professional by offering exposure to billing, reporting and stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Maintaining records of invoicing activity and supporting data reconciliation.
- Supporting revenue reporting and validation to ensure data accuracy.
- Managing and resolving payment and operational queries from agencies and partners.
- Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholder enquiries, escalating where required.
- Supporting audit processes by maintaining schedules and tracking outcomes.
- Reviewing and validating operational requests in line with business policies.
- Gathering and analysing data to support reporting and insight requests.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting outputs to support decision making.
- Supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a billing, finance or business operations environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience handling queries and working with a range of stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including basic data analysis and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
