  • What you’ll be doing
  • Generating new business through outbound calling, Linked In activity and customer referrals.
  • Managing a sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are progressed and followed up on time.
  • Preparing tailored quotations and proposals using CRM tools and supplier information.
  • Converting quotations into sales through effective questioning, listening and closing techniques.
  • Working with the Support Team to deliver bespoke proposals for larger customers.
  • Providing a high-quality customer journey from first contact through to post sale processes.
  • Managing ongoing customer relationships, responding to queries and ensuring timely communication.
  • Conducting customer review meetings to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively managing renewals and identifying opportunities to upsell additional service.

  • 25 days annual leave, rising to 27 after four years.
