About the Role
GreenArt is seeking an experienced landscaper/team leader to join our growing team. The role involves supervising junior team members and ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate junior team members.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee hard and soft landscaping activities including paving, walling, decking, turfing, planting, and water features.
- Operate 360-degree excavators, dumpers, rollers, and abrasive wheels.
- Utilize company vehicle; possess a full, clean driving licence.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in hard and soft landscaping.
- Qualified in operation of 360-degree excavators, dumpers, rollers, and abrasive wheels.
- Experience supervising and motivating junior team members.
- Horticultural qualifications are an advantage.
- Full, clean driving licence.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday inclusive: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm – 1 hour break (unpaid) – 40 hours per week.
