This role will involve both practical hands-on gardening and direct liaison with our clients in the overall care and long-term management of their gardens. You will be responsible for helping to supervise other members of our friendly team, ensuring the work is managed and carried out to our client’s expectations. Ideally, you will have the flair and enthusiasm to assist with the development of new areas.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general garden care, including pruning, weeding, planting, hedge-cutting, mulching, mowing, etc.
- Supervise other team members and ensure work is managed to client expectations.
- Assist with the development of new garden areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent plant knowledge and a wide range of traditional gardening skills across all disciplines.
- Relevant horticultural qualification or other appropriate experience.
- Willingness to learn, take instruction, and work unsupervised when required; on-the-job training will be given.
