L+ Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to support the delivery of two major retail-led shopping mall projects in Riyadh. The role is client-facing and sits within a multidisciplinary international team, working closely with architectural and local delivery partners. The successful candidate will provide leadership across the landscape packages, supporting design development from concept refinement through technical delivery, with a strong emphasis on coordination, programme, and buildability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead landscape design packages across multiple stages
- Act in a client-facing role under L+ Consulting Ltd
- Coordinate with architects, irrigation specialists, and local consultants
- Oversee planting strategy suited to hot-climate environments
- Review and contribute to technical drawing packages (Revit-based)
- Support programme-driven delivery toward a July site start
Key Requirements
- Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI preferred)
- Proven experience on large-scale retail, mixed-use, or public realm projects
- Confident working in client-facing roles
- Strong coordination and delivery experience
- Middle East / hot-climate experience desirable
- Comfortable working at pace within tight programmes
