Planit, a place-based design practice, is seeking a Project Landscape Architect to join our team in Liverpool.
Our established studio in Liverpool is situated on the waterfront at Royal Albert Dock. We’ve developed within the city and its growing creative community. We’re working on projects such as Central Park in Liverpool Waters through to Everton and Liverpool FC’s stadium projects. We also continue to develop our presence over the water in Birkenhead where we are involved in some significant and transformational regeneration projects.
You’ll be working on career-defining projects that will help shape the future of the city and wider region for future generations and will be actively engaged in delivering exceptional public realm schemes. Schemes that embed themselves within the communities they serve and seek to restore balance between people, place and nature.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our friendly, supportive studio culture and mentor less experienced colleagues. We are a people-centered practice and as an employee-owned business, we operate for the benefit of our team members ensuring everyone feels a sense of value and belonging. To qualify for this position, you should possess a post-graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture and at least 3 years of post-graduate experience working in a creative practice as well as Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute.
You should be capable of managing projects from inception to completion and have demonstrable experience of managing workloads and mentoring team members. You should enjoy working as a team and in a collaborative studio environment, be self-motivated, engaged and creative.
