We are seeking to appoint a Finance Officer to join our small but dynamic Finance team. As a Finance Officer, you will support the Senior Finance Manager by delivering accurate and timely transactional finance services, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation. This role will ensure that the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation and its branches run smoothly and in compliance with policies.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance officer who is organised, reliable and detail-focused to join the finance team. This is a critical operational role within the LI; you will be supporting the Senior Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of our financial systems and processes. The role holder will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and the broader LI Team to help ensure strong financial information and control across the LI.

A key criterion for the role is being a great team player who has excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial information appropriately.
