The Role
As a Skilled Landscaper, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality landscape construction on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You will work across both hard and soft landscaping, contributing your experience, technical ability and strong work ethic to projects that reflect our reputation for quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing high-quality hard landscaping
- Delivering soft landscaping including soil preparation, planting, turfing and mulching
- Assisting with irrigation, drainage and associated services
- Operating tools and machinery safely and accurately (excavators, dumpers, telehandlers)
- Reading and following landscape drawings and supervisor instructions
- Maintaining exceptional site standards in safety, organisation and quality
- Working collaboratively to meet programme deadlines
- Identifying and reporting any site issues proactively
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ landscaping experience
- Strong practical construction skills
- Good plant knowledge
- Ability to read and follow drawings
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of site health & safety
- Reliable, detail-focused and professional
Desirable:
- Relevant landscaping / horticultural qualification
- Experience on larger-scale or premium projects
- Experience working with high-end clients
