The Role

As a Horticulturist, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing completed landscape projects, ensuring gardens continue to thrive and are presented to exceptional standards. Working as part of the aftercare team, you will deliver professional horticultural maintenance and plant care across a range of high-quality gardens, supporting the successful establishment and long-term health of planting schemes. This is a hands-on, site-based role, suited to someone with strong horticultural knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and pride in caring for exceptional landscapes. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of gardens, including our three main avenue show gardens at this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
