Lands' End Europe is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the growth of the Lands' End European brand across our Paid Social platforms and Marketplace channels. In this role, you will be supporting the execution of advertising campaign strategies across Meta and other Social platforms as well as within multiple retail media networks with a strong focus on Debenhams & Amazon.

You will be responsible for managing and optimising the Marketplace and Paid Social budget across various ad platforms. You will work closely with, and report to, our Head of Digital Marketing. As the Paid Social & Marketplaces Biddable Senior Executive, you will have an understanding of fundamental biddable/trading and retail media strategies and be able to assess performance and provide solutions for improved efficiency and scale.

While based in the Marketing team, the individual will drive close collaboration among key stakeholders across the Marketing team, E-commerce, Creative, Supply and Finance teams.

What you can expect from the role:

  • Build, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns for Paid Social and the Marketplace Channel at Lands' End.
  • Manage and maintain Retail Media paid search campaigns via bidding platforms and/or RMN platforms to meet goals.
  • Analyse and assess performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategies.
  • Familiar with Amazon advertising and Seller Central platform.
  • Be accountable for paid search performance across Marketplaces as well as on Paid Social and manage budgets to ensure efficiency and scale.
  • Work cross-functionally with merchandising and finance on campaign product and budgets.
  • Partner with creative and copy teams on content optimisations for copy, keywords, and additional content opportunities that arise.
  • Deploy test and learn strategies aimed at refining campaigns and overall Paid Social/marketplace strategy.
  • Partner with agency partners and lead strategic vision with them.
  • Stay up to date with different marketplaces/Paid Social channels and any updates to their marketing platforms.
  • Merchandising background also a plus relating to brand stores on Amazon.

What we need from you:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or Related Field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience of online/paid campaign marketing experience, preferably experience on marketplaces.
  • Hands-on trading experience across Meta essential.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Digital Merchandising and Digital Marketing.
  • Understanding of paid campaign performance metrics.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and problem solve.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.
