We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager for our European Analytics Team. The Data Analytics Manager is a new role in our growing Europe Analytics Team, which sits within a wider European team based in Oakham, Rutland and Mettlach, Germany. This role is responsible for leading a team of analysts to power data driven decision making, drive efficiency and elevate customer understanding across the business. A balance of team management and individual contributions will be required to be successful in this role. You will manage a combination of insight service provision and data product building to drive efficiency across the business and power intelligent decision making.
What You Can Expect From The Role:
- Hands‑on analysis of customer, sales and product data using a variety of technical tools (SQL, R, Python, Power BI etc.) to create timely, relevant and actionable insights.
- Continuously enhance our understanding of our customers through examining customer behaviour data, spotting emerging trends and market influences.
- Build sophisticated data products to enable quicker, smarter decision making and ensure we have ongoing solutions to business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for standardisation.
