Landor is looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our London studio. We are Landor, world-leading brand experts, underpinned by the most expansive strategic and creative capabilities in our category. We make brands more valuable and less vulnerable. We build brands differently, working with our clients to define and solve their business problems through the lens of brand.
What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business and challenges to ensure satisfaction and drive growth.
- Showcase Landor's capabilities to spot new opportunities, grow existing business, and contribute to new ventures.
- Craft compelling proposals, oversee project delivery, and ensure work is always on time, on budget, and meets client expectations.
- Work seamlessly with all internal teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions, ensuring everything presented to clients is polished, relevant, and on-brand.
- Share insights, recommendations, and project updates clearly and persuasively, whether in a meeting, presentation, or written report.
- Partner with our finance team on reporting, invoicing, budget management, and proactive revenue forecasting.
- Ensure deliverables not only meet the brief but exceed expectations, always pushing for the best possible outcome.
- Keep key client deliverables and project histories well-organised.
What you’ll need
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a brand, advertising, or business consultancy.
- A natural ability to connect with people, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, right up to Brand Manager.
- Excellent organisational skills to keep projects on track and deliver results.
- The ability to thrive in dynamic environments, comfortable with ambiguity and quickly adapting to changing priorities.
- A strategic mindset; enjoy thinking big picture, contributing to creative solutions, and guiding clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
- A genuine passion for learning, exploring new ideas, and understanding how to best leverage our services for client success.
- An understanding of business goals and the financial aspects of client accounts.
