Landor is looking for a Motion Designer to join our London studio. We are Landor, part of WPP, world-leading brand experts, underpinned by the most expansive strategic and creative capabilities in our category. We make brands more valuable and less vulnerable. What you’ll do:

  • Support the creation of motion design across a diverse mix of clients and industries.
  • Collaborate with our creative teams to help develop and bring ideas to life, delivering engaging work across branding, brand films, digital and social.
  • Predominantly focus on 2D motion design, with opportunities to work across filming, editing and 3D motion design.
  • Help adapt designs to different brands while building knowledge of tools, techniques and trends in motion design and videography.
  • Contribute creative ideas and develop your craft, playing a key role in delivering thoughtful, high-quality work for our clients.

What you’ll need:

  • An engaging reel that demonstrates your ideas and breadth of motion design abilities.
  • Comfortable working within Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Good understanding of design fundamentals such as typography and information hierarchy, as well as basic sound design skills and colour correction knowledge within Adobe CC.
  • Clear communicator and team player who enjoys working with others while also being comfortable managing tasks independently.
  • Organised, proactive and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a genuine appetite for learning and developing your skills.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
