A Senior Designer works within our creative team to deliver extraordinary design by imagining unique answers to creative problems, developing striking and compelling designs, thinking on their feet to help the creative cause, and inspiring colleagues. This role focuses on the consumer side of our business, primarily with FMCG clients, requiring experience in creating brands and products from strategy to concept through to delivery, as well as managing product messages, pack hierarchies, and range navigation.
What you’ll do:
- Support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support client goals.
- Conduct conceptual exploration, coming up with alternative design solutions.
- Evaluate design options and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies.
- Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.
- Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating recent work with a track record of creative idea generation and development.
- Excellent knowledge of current creative and design trends.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
