This pivotal role forms the operational backbone of our People Team, ensuring the seamless and compliant execution of our core HR functions. You'll manage our payroll and benefits processes and ensure we are compliant in all statutory and internal processes. You'll also play a leading role in HR reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end monthly UK payroll process for multiple agencies, ensuring accuracy, timely submission via SDWorx, and data integrity across systems.
- Administer a full spectrum of employee benefits, including annual renewals (BUPA, GIP, GLA) and monthly schemes (Gymflex, Bike, Season Ticket Loans, Dental, Pension).
- Ensure strict compliance with all UK statutory requirements, including London Living Wage, Right to Work audits, SOX, and visa sponsorship regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee payroll, benefits, and tax-related queries, providing clear and supportive guidance.
- Play a key role in maintaining HR data integrity (People HR), generating essential reports, and identifying opportunities for system and process optimization.
- Coordinate visa sponsorship processes with WPP and Vialto, ensuring compliance and providing critical support for our sponsored employees.
