For more information, visit .What you’ll do Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building a deep understanding of each client’s business, challenges and opportunities.Act as a trusted partner to clients, clearly communicating Landor’s capabilities and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and support new business pursuits.Develop clear, compelling project proposals, scopes of work and presentations aligned with client needs.Collaborate with teams across Landor to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget and on scope, constructively addressing any work that is off brief or requires refinement.Lead regular client status calls, manage reporting and communicate findings and recommendations clearly across written, verbal and presentation formats.Ensure all client-facing correspondence, materials, proposals and presentations are accurate, relevant, high quality and reflective of Landor’s brand.Partner with resource management and Business or Client Directors to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and aligned with scope and budget.Work with Client Leaders to resolve pricing,
