What you’ll do
- Handling Accounts Payable: Dealing with queries from vendors and staff, working with Financeplus to smooth out any issues.
- Managing Inter-Office Agreements: Keeping all agreements organized and filed correctly in project folders.
- Month-End Reporting: Helping the team get everything ready for month-end reports.
- Client & Intercompany Billing: Making sure clients and internal teams are billed accurately and on time, getting those invoices uploaded to the right portals.
- Credit Notes & Revenue Adjustments: Sorting the paperwork and approvals for credit notes, revenue reversals, etc., all according to company policy.
- Audit Support: Lending a hand during internal, external, and client audits.
- Intercompany Reconciliation: Working with other offices to clear up any discrepancies (you’ll even lead some calls on this).
- New Client/Vendor Setup: Getting new clients and vendors set up in the system – making sure all the info is accurate.
- Revenue Recognition: Gathering and filing the right documents for month-end revenue.
- And More! Taking on other tasks and projects as needed.
