Landor is looking for a Client Manager to join our London studio.

We help clients define and solve their business problems through brand, integrating design, experience, governance and measurement to connect brand work to business outcomes. What you’ll do

  • Orchestrate projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered flawlessly – on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
  • Be the communication hub, keeping everyone informed and aligned with clear updates and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Become a client expert, understanding their business inside and out, and sharing valuable insights with the team.
  • Uphold brand excellence by ensuring all client‑facing materials are polished, professional, and perfectly on‑brand.
  • Collaborate with resource management to secure the right talent and budget for each project, maximizing efficiency.
  • Spot opportunities to grow client relationships by identifying how Landor's capabilities can solve their biggest challenges.
  • Maintain a well‑organised library of client deliverables, ensuring easy access to key information.
  • Develop your proposal writing skills, crafting compelling scopes of work that win new business.
